I’m a personal trainer based in Mead Fields, Banwell.
I’ve been coaching for over 3 years, helping people of all ages and abilities feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I’m a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Level 3 Pre & Postnatal qualified.
My own fitness journey started through rugby, but after being diagnosed with a brain tumour in my late teens, everything changed. During recovery, the gym became a place where I rebuilt both my strength and mindset, which inspired me to help others do the same.
Now, I work with clients to build strength, lose weight, improve confidence, and simply feel better day to day. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push further, I’ll support you every step of the way.
I train clients from my private, air-conditioned studio in Banwell, offering 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 sessions. Everything is tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, your pace.
